Quiche Lorraine

This is a very simple and easy recipe that is quick to "whip up" and is absolutely delicious.


  • Puff Pastry

  • Ham off the bone

  • 4 eggs

  • 200 ml of cream

  • Gruyère cheese


  • 1.

    Set the oven to 180 - 200 degrees

  • 2.

    Line puff pastry in a dish with baking paper underneath

  • 3.

    Cut up the ham into pieces and place them around the pastry

  • 4.

    Lightly whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl

  • 5.

    Mix in the cream

  • 6.

    Pour the mixture on to the pastry

  • 7.

    Sprinkle grated Gruyère on top

  • 8.

    Cook in the oven for around 40 minutes or until pastry is cooked.


The recipe is also yummy with goats cheese
