BBQ Ribs Dry Rub

A blend of herbs and spices perfect for Pork, Beef or Chicken BBQ.


  • Dry Rub Mix:

  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander

  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper

  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbl Mixed Herbs

  • 2 Tbl Rock Sea Salt

  • To make this a marinade:

  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce

  • 2 Tbl Dry Rub Mix

    Dry Rub:

    Combine all the dry ingredients together. This can be used straight away or put into a jar for later use.

    Combine the bbq sauce with the dry rub mix. Check for seasoning then apply to the meat.


If using for pork or beef ribs, put the meat into a zip lock bag along with the marinade or dry rub mix and let sit in the fridge for a few hours.
