Peppermint Tea


Ingredients

  • peppermint leaf

Method

  1. Bruise the mint leaves by beating them with a rolling pin inside a plastic bag.
  2. This helps to let the flavour infuse.
  3. Remove leaves from plastic bag and place in a pot.
  4. Fill the pot with water until the leaves are covered, place the lid on and boil the water.
  5. Drain most of the leaves and serve.

    this is a tea that is served in Moroccoa,they don't beat the mint leaves though.nor drain the leaves out of the tea pot.It really all tast the same,in the end which ever way you do it.refrashing and good for you.
