I am a sucker for Oysters. I try to get to the market once a week & sometimes bring some fresh oysters home.

This Asian style dressing makes for a refreshing change to lemon.

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh oysters
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 150ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 red chilli

  1. Blitz or chop and spoon over oysters.
