Fresh Japanese Tuna Sashimi

Try Mark's Tuna Sashimi with Fukushima sauce from week 4 of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.

Ingredients

  • 20 pieces of freshly cut Tuna Sashimi
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 30ml olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Fukushima Sauce

  • 40 ml Soy sauce
  • 40 ml Olive Oil
  • 40 ml Lemon Juice
  • 40 ml Wasabi
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Add soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil to a small bowl and mix
  2. Add Tuna Sashimi to mixture and marinate for 1 hour
  3. Serve on plate with lemon wedges and Fukushima sauce.

Fukushima Sauce

  1. Add Soy Sauce, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and Wasabi to a small bowl and combine.
  2. Add Salt & Pepper to taste
