Cook beans until just tender. Refresh in iced water, drain. Pat dry.
Divide beans into 6 portions (approx 10 beans)
Place 1 slice prosciutto on a flat surface. Spread with 1/2 tsp pesto. Spread 1 portion of beans at short end of prosciutto. roll beans up. Repeat.
Heat large non stick pan over medium / high heat. Cook bundles for 2 minutes each side until crisp. Transfer to dish, keep warm. reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and chives to pan, cook stirring for 1 minute until fragrant. Add cream, cook 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Drizzle over bean portions.
