Salam Mona ..
I posted the pic cz some where like you concerned about how to arrange the cake slices.. as for the slicing, just don't cut it while it's warm .. leave it to cool completely or put it in the fridge.. i always slice the cake, and never crumbles .. try it and let me know how things turn out :-)

salam Amira .. the recipe is there, but under another pic after frosting, i'll put the link here as well..
I'll check out if i have typed the recipe for kaak or no .. i'll do my best to post it soon inshalla ..

ooo dear .. thank you so so much for your sweet words :-) .. i don't cook allot actually, cz i'm alone at home, and most of the time at work .. but i have to find time to do something i like .. and i grasp that chance when i'm visiting a friend, and share with them any recipe i have in mind to make ..
