Edamame, surume and japanese mayo

Try Kyoko's Edamame starter from week 2 of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen soya beans (bought from asian supermarket)
  • 1 packet surume (bought from asian supermarket)
  • 1 container of japanese mayonnaise (bought from asian supermarket)

Method

Edamame

  1. Put frozen Edamame in salted boiled water until floating.
  2. Drain and serve.

Avocado Dip

  1. Spoon out Avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Add sour cream, onion, chilli oil, soy sauce & lemon juice and mix well.
