Edamame, surume and japanese mayo

Try Kyoko's Edamame starter from week 2 of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen Soya Beans (bought from Asian Supermarket)
  • 1 packet Surume (bought from Asian Supermarket)
  • 1 container of Japanese Mayonnaise (bought from Asian Supermarket)

Avocado Dip

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ chopped onions
  • dash chilli oil
  • dash soy sauce
  • dash lemon juice

Method

Edamame

  1. Put frozen Edamame in salted boiled water until floating.
  2. Drain and serve.

Avocado Dip

  1. Spoon out Avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Add sour cream, onion, chilli oil, soy sauce & lemon juice and mix well.
