Ingredients

Method

  1. Place chicken in a shallow bowl. Pour over teriyaki marinade and turn to coat.
  2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes each side, until browned and cooked through. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Pack chicken strips in an insulated lunchbox with a roll, a little carrot and a small container of sweet chilli sauce.
