Vegetarian pizza

Easy to make with vegetables at home

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pita bread bases
  • 1 small brown onion
  • Tomato sauce
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 sprig oregano leaf
  • 1 sprig thyme leaf
  • Pinch chilli flakes (optional)
  • Sprinkle grated cheese

Method

  1. Spread tomato sauce on pita bread bases.

  2. Top with thinly sliced onion, crushed garlic, thinly cut capsicum and tomato.

  3. Sprinkle oregano, thyme, chilli, olive oil and grated cheese.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
