Ocean Trout With Preserved Lemon Salsa


  • 60 g piece of Ocean Trout sliced sashimi style into 3

  • 0.25 of a small, preserved Lemon skin only-finely chopped

  • 0.5 Garlic Clove finely chopped

  • 0.25 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Lemon Juice

  • Freshly Ground white pepper and sea salt

    Simply mix all salsa ingredients together and season to taste.
