Spicy mince wrap


Very little meat is required to make this an extremely filling dish.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Spray fry-pan with cooking spray and onion. Add mince, spices to taste (if cooking for kids use tomato sauce instead). Simmer for about 8 minutes.
  2. Spoon a small amount of mince onto a round bread, top with cheese, salad and sour cream and guacamole. Roll up the bread and enjoy.
