Put onion and pototo in food processor and blend until it becomes liquidy. Add the beef mince, paprika, pepper, egg, breadcrumbs and oil. Mix until combined.
Shape egg-sized portions of mixture into little flat oval pieces; set aside.
Heat some oil in a medium-sized pan and fry the sweet peppers until golden on both sides; set aside.
Fry the tomotoes until they collapse; set aside.
Now fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. Top with sweet pepper and the tomatoes and serve with nice crusty bread or homemade chips.
