White chocolate and macadamia cookies


Ingredients

Method

  1. Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla. Add lightly beaten agg gradually, beating well after each addition.
  2. Mix in sifted flour and salt. Add choc chips and macadamias, mix well.
  3. Shape teaspoons (small desertspoons if you want bigger cookies) into balls, place on trays with greaseproof paper. Allow room for spreading.
  4. Bake in moderate oven (approximately 180°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on trays for about 5 minutes.
