Peel and deseed the mango of its rind and remove the green stems from strawberries.
Blend the mango, strawberries and about 30ml of the vodka, until you get a pulp state of liquid.
In a dessert glass, place the blended pulp until half full. Then add chocolate ice cream untill the glass is full and squeeze lemon juice on the outer rim of the glass. Sprinkle sugar along the rim untill you have a rim covered in sugar.
Add a spoon and a straw and any decorative objects.
