Spiced spaghetti


A delicious and easy way to get the kids to eat vegies.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Brown mince and onion, then add the capsicum, carrot, apple and peas. Fry for a minute or 2.
  2. Add the soup and fill the tin half way up with water.
  3. Add the curry powder and mustard. Cover and cook on a low heat until the carrots are tender (around 20 minutes). Add more water if needed.
  4. Stir through the cooked pasta and serve. A sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top is nice.
  5. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
