Banana paddlecakes


Not quite pancakes, not quite scones, but definitely fluffy and delicious!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mash banana with sour cream and combine ingredients.
  2. Add melted butter and enough milk to form a spoonable batter.
  3. Drop dessertspoonfuls into a hot greased pan. Fry until golden and bubbles appear on the surface. Turn and fry until cooked.
