Spicy turkey rissoles


Delicious served with a crisp salad or stir-fried vegetables.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Coat a baking tray with oil.
  2. Place onion in a large bowl and add desiccated coconut, turkey mince, breadcrumbs, whole eggs, curry powder, cardamom and salt and pepper. Mix very well.
  3. Form about 20 rissoles and place them on the oiled baking tray. Brush rissoles lightly with oil.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
