Stir-Fried Chilli Prawns


Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 250 g Prawns
  • 15 g Chilli Bean .
  • 7 g Ginger, grated
  • 3 g Sesame seed oil
  • 3 g corn starch

Method

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
  2. Add prawns and maintain at a very high heat.
  3. Remove prawns and drain
  4. In a separate dish, combine chilli bean paste, ginger and shallots.
  5. Add to wok and stir-fry.
  6. Add prawns and a small amount of corn starch to the wok.
  7. Complete the stir-frying until prawns are a golden colour.
