Lite white chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into a base of 23cm springform pan, refrigerate until firm.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat white chocolate melts into the mixture.
  3. Beat cream into the mixture.
  4. Combine gelatine and water, stir until dissolved.
  5. Beat gelatine into cheesecake mixture, spoon over crumb crust.
  6. Swirl melted dark melts through cheesecake mixture. Refrigerate until set.
