Barbecue lamb rumps with Asian sauce


Ingredients

Method

  1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water then set aside to cool.
  2. Put the rice on to boil or steam, using your preferred method.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the barbecue. Cook lamb rumps to your preference
  4. To make the sauce, add fish sauce and vinegar to sugar/water mix, then top with nuts, chilli and garlic. Place into small individual bowls with a spoon for self service.
  5. Plate up rice, cucumber and lettuce and succulent lamb rumps. Serve sauce on the side.
