Marshmallow balls


A fresh twist on the old chocolate balls

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat butter, cocoa, sugar and milk in a medium saucepan, stirring constantly, until butter and sugar just melt and mixture is smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanills essence and biscuit crumbs. Mix thoroughly and leave until mixture is cool enough to shape.
  3. With wet hands, shape a spoonful of mixture around each piece of marshmallow to form a ball. Roll in coconut.
  4. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and refrigerate until firm.
