Atlantic salmon with creamed potatoes and green beans

Try Joan's atlantic salmon from the third episode of COME DINE WITH ME AUSTRALIA series 2.


  • Atlantic Salmon

  • 5 pieces of Atlantic Salmon, approx 100g each

  • Creamed Potatoes

  • 5 large potatoes

  • 500ml thickened cream

  • Green Beans

  • 2 handfuls green beans


  • 1.

    Pan fry salmon about 5 minutes of each side.

  • 2.

    Thinly slice potatoes and salt and pepper each layer. Pour a little cream into baking dish, add a layer of potato. Continue in this fashion until all potato is used ending with cream on top.

  • 3.

    Bake in hot oven for 40 minutes until brown and crunchy on top.

  • 4.

    Place beans in salted boiling water for only a few minutes to blanch.
