Sweet Chilli Lobster

Try Helen's sweet chilli lobster creation from the first episode of Come Dine With Me Australia Series 2.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Place lobsters in a baking tray. Over the top, add all ingredients and mix through with hands.
  3. Cover baking tray with aluminium foil.
  4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced shallots and parsley to serve.

    She used pre-cooked seafood which the recipe above does not make clear. No wonder it was dry and tasteless (the lobster). The topping is designed to hide this.

    i know this is going to sound stupid but i'd love to try this because Joan said "i can't taste the lobster" LOL...the flavours must have been totally awesome though because i am definitely not a seafood fan but those ingredients make my taste buds say really really yummmmy., (i'd put more garlic though)..will try it no doubt. Might even convert me to seafood :)
