Dolmathes

Try Helen's delicious dolmathes from the first episode of Come Dine With Me Series 2.

Ingredients

  • ½ kg pork mince
  • 1 cup rice chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well.
  2. Lay out your vine leaf, add 1 teaspoon of mixed mixture and roll.
  3. Place in a pot and cover with water to the top of dolmathes. Cover the top of the pot with a plate and bring to boil for 5 mins.
  4. Turn down and simmer until the water evaporates.
