donuts with mozzarella,sausages,olives..

Ingredients

  • For 20 picnik donuts:
  • 40 gr flour
  • 104 grams water
  • 34 g oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese, mozzarella
  • Filling:
  • -14 g grated carrots, chopped and drained
  • -15 grams acidity (finely chopped cucumber )and drained
  • -50 grams minced olives and drained
  • -80 grams smoked sausages (no skin) minced
  • -30 grams of tomato paste with a teaspoon of sugar, pepper, basil, seasoned
  • You like it
  • -125 grams mozzarella cheese chopped
  • Of 20 balls that are

Method

  1. Boil water in hot oil, add
  2. all the flour, stirring vigorously
  3. then cheese, stir until all cheese melts
  4. , Then each egg, mix up, and will be a hull
  5. then add another, always energetic mix
  6. place in a decorated bag
  7. and put in pan 20 ball
  8. Baked, 180-25 min
  9. let cool
