Pound all spices in a mortar & pestle
Add rest of ingredients and pound to chunky consistency.
Rub a little marinade over beef and seal on hot griddle or pan
Put the remaining spice mix all over beef
Transfer to oven tray and bake in hot oven (200degC) till just cooked to medium rare, approx 15-20 mins.
Rest the fillet then cut & serve with the Chickpea and Spinach terrine.
