Soto Ayam

This one is my 'Cheat' Soto Ayam because I used instant Soto Ayam Seasoning.
I did make a Homemade one before. If you'd like to see the Recipe of Homemade Soto Ayam, please go to and search for "Homemade Soto Ayam". I think the taste is not too bad with instant seasoning. Usually we have this with vermicelli, but I did not add vermicelli in it. Soto Ayam is originally from Java Island, Indonesia. I prefer to call it a clear yellow color chicken soup. You can taste salt, sour, and spices in it. Nice to have this dish during winter :-)

  • 1.5 ltr of water

  • Hard boiled eggs

  • 4 chicken thighs, skinned, bones on

  • For Garnish:
