Ketoprak (Indonesian Food)

I have know this food since I was very little. This is one of Indonesian Traditional Street Food. Ketoprak is actually vermicelli noodle mixed with fried tofu, bean sprouts covered in peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce,
then garnish with fried shallots, and prawns crackers as the condiment.


If you use normal/hard tofu, you don't need to cover them with flour before frying. You can lightly pan fried them without flour coating.
