An easy cup cake recipe that's great for the kids to bake and then have fun with their icing creations!

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Beat eggs lightly with fork in bowl
  3. Add all other ingredients
  4. Beat with electric mixer for 2 mins until light and creamy
  5. Divide mixture between 12 cup cake cases
  6. Bake for 18-20 mins until risen and firm
  7. Cool for a few mins and transfer to wire rack
  8. Allow to fully cool before icing
  9. Makes 12 cup cakes
