Cut the bread into croutons and toss together with the oil, butter, garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper and bake in the oven on a tray until golden.
Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions.
In a wok, heat the oil, garlic and chilli. Then add in the herbs and lemon rind, giving it a quick toss.
Add the cooked pasta into the wok and stir through. Season with salt and pepper and crumble the freshly baked croutons into the pasta. Add in more grated parmesan and toss through. Add in a little lemon juice.
