Lightly grease a 6 hole large muffin tin. Cut the sheet of puff pastry into squares and fit into the greased muffin tin.
Sprinkle parmesan and dill on the base of each pie
Crack one egg in each pie case
Whisk the remaining 3 eggs with cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour into the pie cases.
Wrap the bacon strips around your fingers and place carefully on top of each pie.
Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees C for 30 minutes until golden and set.
Tip: Bake on lower shelf of oven to ensure the pie bases cook.
