Double Chocolate Caramel Brownie


Best brownie ever

Serves 4 to 8

Ingredients

Method

  1. melt butter and chocolate together untill smooth
  2. I sift together flour, cocoa, brown sugar into a bowl ( brown sugar works for me this way )
  3. add lightley beaten eggs, vanilla and chocolate butter
  4. mix all together and pour into a buttered and lined 20 inch tin round or square. cook in a 180c oven for 45 min then remove
  5. let cool in the tin for about 1 hr or untill cool.

Notes & Tips

I have added pecans on the top I always add extra chocolate using white, milk and dark to the final mix. it really needs to cool in the tin for at leat 30min -1hr
