Cube avocados and toss in salt and juice of half a lime. Set aside.
Heat oil in frypan.
Fry onions and garlic till translucent then add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
Add prawns and continue to fry.
Stir in paprika, salt and pepper.
When prawns are almost cooked add a splash in tequila and flambé.
Heat tortillas on grill plate until heated through.
Spoon avocado on tortilla, then prawn mixture, top with sour cream and coriander, a squeeze of lime juice and chilli sauce.
Fold, roll up and eat.
