At Sydney’s acclaimed Quay restaurant, Peter Gilmore’s graceful, harmonious, nature - based cuisine fights for attention with the beautiful harbour views – and still wins hands-down, as every mouthful reveals layer upon layer of flavour. Look, learn and, best of all, taste this truly great chef’s beautifully balanced food, with its almost Asian respect for texture.

I think this is art not food
We are making it this weekend
I would like to try make it !
Sunday night, Masterchef finale night, I ate the Guava Snow Egg at Quay unknowing it was being featured. Let me tell you all - it was phenomenal! If anyone makes it, it will be worth all the trouble.
What a stunning dessert. So beautiful and delicate. I think I will 'try' to make it.
Will be trying this at my next dinner party
hmmm well the trouble Adam and Cullum had on masterchef, there is no way I'am trying it! Yr right, fly to sydney and eat it at the Quay, see you there then :-)
I would love to taste this Next time in Sydney I know where I'm going for dessert.
Before leaving this earth I must have this but make it??....ummm!!!
It looks scrumptious but I think it would be easier (&faster) for me to fly to Sydney and eat it at Quay!
I think it looks delicous! Thanks LifeStyle FOOD!
think it would be cheaper to fly to Sydney and buy it than to try and make it :) I've attempted a few recipies and I'm a good cook, but either they don't want us to know the exact measurements cause they don't come out so good.
I think it looks delicious on masterchef!!
I think that's insane, that's what I think.
