hmmm well the trouble Adam and Cullum had on masterchef, there is no way I'am trying it!
Yr right, fly to sydney and eat it at the Quay, see you there then :-)

Sunday night, Masterchef finale night, I ate the Guava Snow Egg at Quay unknowing it was being featured. Let me tell you all - it was phenomenal! If anyone makes it, it will be worth all the trouble.
