My friend buy them ready made frozen, and they just cook them in the tomato sauce.. but i think their moms cook it from scratches.. I didn't know about it till i met some egytian friends here in Bahrain .. and I feel ur recipe will taste very deicious..

You know, this sounds like an egytian I've tasted at my friends' ,recipe called " Koftet Roz" (Rice Kofta, which is mix of rice and meat basicly and cooked in tomato sauce) ..the egytian version is just without the susage meat.. The susage meat addition will definitely make it more yummy .. Thanks dear..
