Smokey BBQ Ribs


Succulent spare ribs baked for hours with a marinade to dye for, this could be your family signiture dish :)

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of plain pork spare ribs
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of bbq sause
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of worstshire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • A little bit of water

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 if fan forced, 250 if a convention oven.
  2. Lay ribs out into a over proof dish, a big dish
  3. Combine all marinade ingredients, stir and add water to thin out consistency.
  4. Place in oven and chech on the every half hour till they are cooked to your perfection.
