Catfish in beer


Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1kg catfish cut in few pieces
  • 1cup olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1cup tomato juice
  • 1cup beer
  • Rosemary, basil, pepper, salt - to taste

Method

  1. Fry fish on the grill or pan to be 3/4 finished.
  2. Remove fish to prepare the following sauce:
  3. In the olive oil stew peeled tomatoes, can tomatoes, rosemary, pepper, basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir and add a beer.
  5. Add catfish and cook few minutes.
  6. Serve with boiled potatoes.
