well it was at first just throwing in whatever i thought would taste good and in the end it did :)
its juicy soft lamb, but not exactly a curry. I had it with simple cinnamon steamed rice. Tasted really good. Hope you like it. Sorry i don't know measurements, i just threw in all the stuff, according to what i felt.
Marinate the meat and leave for a few hours (mix everything and rub on the meat)
In a pan that can be covered (to steam) put the oils and heat.
Add garlic, onion and ginger, saute till golden.
Add the raw mango, chili flakes and the meat.
Add little water enough to cover the meat.
Cover the pan and steam till cooked.
Add the mint and coriander and stir.
Add water occasionally if necessary. Dry the meat only to leave a little sauce.
Steam rice with cinnamon stick to give it fragrance.
Serve hot with meat
