I found this recipe in a magazine a couple of years ago and my family love it so I was compelled to share it with you. It is not for anyone on a diet though.
Preheat oven to 180C and grease a good sized deep baking dish.
Fry onion, garlic in the olive oil for 5 mins until softened, Add mince and curry then brown for 10 minutes stirring to break up lumps. Add passata and simmer 10 minutes.
Meanwhile boil spaghetti, drain and return to the pan. Add beef and toss well to combine.
Combine the cheeses and set aside 100g of it for the topping.
Mix through cheese with the mince mixture and the eggs and pour into baking dish. Top with the extra cheese and bake for 30 minutes covered with foil.
Remove foil then bake for 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.
Serve with a crisp fresh salad of choice
They often eat vegetables and fruits as normal meal and dessert but they drink a lot of fruits and veges drinks too. Drinking water helps a lot in losing weight. There were times, I was over-weighted, and natural foods really help me in addition to useful tips from friends. I’ve got cellulite at that time; I used coffee to treat them.
You use coffee to treat cellulite? yeah i guess juicing and eating fruits and vegetables both have the same effects in dieting ..
