Fried Pizza



  • 1.

    **Prepare pizza mixture:

  • 2.

    Put the onion, garlic and tomatoes in a blender

  • 3.

    On the fire ... Put a little oil and put the previous mixture and add ketchup, salt and spices.

  • 4.

    Keep it on the fire to be thickening slightly

  • 5.

    Add thyme and be ready for use

  • 6.

    Stretch the dough to a thickness of few

  • 7.

    Put a little pizza mixture then salami, mushrooms and cheese

  • 8.

    Close the dough well

  • 9.

    Fry the pizza in a hot and heavy oil till has a golden color
