Cheesy omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 2-3 tablespoons cream cheese (like Kiri or Puck)

  • 1/2 small cup water

  • salt to taste

  • olive oil for frying

Method

  • 1.

    Whisk the eggs well then add flour and cheese and mix them well

  • 2.

    Then add water and salt and mix them well

  • 3.

    Put oil on fire then set the egg mixture and leave it on fire until the bottom has a golden color

  • 4.

    Turn it to the other side until it has a golden color

Notes

you can add thyme or mushrooms or onions, or broccoli or any other additions you desire
