veeeeeery yummy as a quick dinner that can be done in advance.

Notes

you dont have to make the chicken on sticks, I have found it is as equally yummy when served with breast fillets; just marinate the chicken and cook as steps entail.

I LOVED chicken satay when i first tried it .. i took then the recipe from mhy friend then, she's from thailand, and made it as she told me .. it was WWAAAAAAAAAAAWWW.. one day i'll post it to try ..
this ones looks really tasty as well .. I'll give it a try one day( mayb with some changes, cz that's me :-D )
