This recipe is originated from an old cook book my mom got it when we were in the U.S. I make few adjustments and it turned so yummy. Hope you like it.
Original recipe is posted here as well.
Ingredients
60gm dark unsweetened cooking chocolate (you can replace it with 6 tbsp dark unsweetened cocoa+ 2 tbsp butter)
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (if you want darker brownies, use dark cocoa)
u know Lisa, they are REALLY so tasty .. i just had one out of the freezer, heated and poured ove it some chocolate suace (which i make and keep in fridge) and said to my self: u know huda, those are REALLY tasty !
I know they are tasym but didn't this that they are THAT tasy :-D
Loooooooooooooooolll ..
come dear and have one with me, i have allot :-D
If you want, just prepare those Brownies, let them cool, and then keep in air-tight container. You can keep it in the freezer to take out later a piece whever u feel like having one, let me thaw OR heat it in microwave on DEFROST for 60 seconds max, just till warm and soft. It'll be as if just came out of the oven right now..
have it plain, or with chocolate syrup on top or a scoop of ice cream.. soooo YUMMMY.
oh my God. Your photo is so gorgeous that I can almost taste them haha
