Onion Fingers


  • 2 large size onion (chopped)

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon yeast

  • 2 tablespoons sesame

  • rusk (crushed toasted bread)


  • 1.

    Mix all component except the onion and rusk with a little of warm water until be soft and coherent

  • 2.

    Put the onion with the previous mixture and mix them well

  • 3.

    Put it in warm place to double in size

  • 4.

    Then we split it to smal pieces and put it on Rusk, then make it like fingers

  • 5.

    Fry it in a hot and heavy oil
