¼ cup mayonnaise+ ¼ cup thick cream (in arabic: qeshta)+ ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil+ 1 tbsp lemon juice+ 2 tbsp white vinegar+ 1 clove garlic, crushed+ ½ tsp black pepper+ 1tsp salt
Mix dressing ingredients together. Toss in salad ingredients. Add salt to season.
Top with walnuts and raisins just before serving.

**Salad can be prepared in advance and keep in the fridge. Add the toppings (garnishing) just before serving.
