1: In a mixing bowl add the onion finley diced breadcrumbs,rice,eggs and season.
2: mix all together with hands then roll them into balls the size is a bit larger than a golf ball.
3: Place them in a pot with a heavy lid (Le Creuset) is good
4: Pour in the cans of tomato soup add the milk and season lift pot up by the handles and swirl left and right to mix soup with milk but also coat and cover meatballs.
5: Bake in the oven at 170 degrees fan forced for 1.5 hours.

With this recipe you can serve it with veg and mash , salad or some pasta
Also you can use diced tomatoes in a can for a less sweet taste and throw in some fresh basil to serve.
