These were really nice, I added some chopped white chocolate and they were delicious. However, instead of being crumbly/crunchy, mine had almost the texture of a muffin even after cooling down. Does anyone know a recipe to make them more crunchy?
Funny though...because in the description above she says it has a kind of Subway texture. I will try to make myself and return here to post feedback.
