i have seen similar versions, this is mine x
Take a rectangle baking tin and line with paper
Place half the latice biscuits (pretty side down) in the tray side by side
Melt the chocolate and add the ROOM TEMP cream cheese to it in a bowl, beat 2 mins.
Spread the biscuits with the caramel
Then with the cheesecake mix
Top with remaining biscuits, pretty side up
Place in fridge for 2 hours to set
Using a HOT KNIFE slice the squares of slice and either drizzle with white chocolate or icing sugar, then serve
Great with whipped cream, ice cream and berries.
