Lorraine Quiches.... everyone loves different quiche fillings, this is one i use and i cant believe im sharing....
Cut your pasrty either into circles ot squares to fit the muffin tins
Grease the tins and line with pastry
Mix all remaining ingredients together (except remaining cheese)
Scoop into the pastry
Top with remaining grated cheese
Bake at 200 for 15-20 minutes till golden and risen
Cool 10 mins and serve.
this recipe is NON FAIL and when i go to a party i use the mini tins or patty pans and make about 60 odd from a packet of shortcrust. very proud of this recipe and its loved by everyone who tries it.
